PVOLVE Fitness App
Audited current mobile site design and content. Reduced cognitive load by truncating information to make it scannable to users. Moving them through the benefits of the workout to class checkout and signup. Make text clear for accessibility using a black color on a white background creating ease for readability and contrast.

JobPay Freelance App
Developed onboarding screen content tailored for both freelancers and business owners. Established a content style guide to ensure the product's relatability, ease of digestion, and persuasiveness. Implemented the guide by editing content copy to be clear, concise, and useful for each user group. Additionally, incorporated tooltips, instructions, and empty state prompts as necessary.

Collaborated with a team of designers, developers, and stakeholders to update the mobile app and add new content to the page. Audited current content and app design. Restructured menu and highlighted new content on the app redesign.

AT&T Mobile Streaming
Collaborated with a team of five UX designers on a mobile streaming update for AT&T Cable. Paid meticulous attention to maintaining consistent tone and voice in content across all platforms. We worked closely with AT&T to understand the needs of their customers and created a more cohesive and streamlined streaming interface.

InstaPrint

Transportation Logistics Website/Mobile App Design
Casestack, a transportation logistics company catering to small businesses and larger retailers nationwide, aimed to modernize its system by transitioning from paper-based to predominantly online processes. In my role, I focused on UX and project management, collaborating with a team consisting of four backend developers, two frontend developers, the company owners, and existing staff to propel their organization into the future.

Bill Gates Foundation HR Redesign
Stellar, a leading design agency in Los Angeles, enlisted me to collaborate with the Director of UX on the redesign of the Human Resources site for the Bill Gates Foundation. The existing site, established in 1990, had expanded over time without undergoing any reorganization or redesign. The task involved thoroughly mapping the current site and crafting a new design that would feel familiar to employees while meeting modern standards.

Learn Now
Learn Now originated from the collaboration of two middle school teaching sisters with the aim of extending multi-disciplinary tutoring to a broader audience of children across the United States. I collaborated with them during the initial phases of the project to define the foundational aspects of this application.
